The moment payment completes, your customer is emailed a PDF receipt with full event details and a unique QR code. Their ticket is in their inbox before they've put their phone down.
If they scan it themselves, it takes them back to the event page. If you scan it from your dashboard, you see all their details — name, ticket type, contact info — instantly.
Door check-in
Attendees show their ticket at the door — on their phone or printed. Scan the QR code to verify the ticket and optionally mark them as checked in.
You'll see at a glance which tickets have already been used, so no one gets in twice on the same code. Works on any device with a camera.
Multiple ticket types
Set up to 4 ticket types per event — adult/child, with dining/without, members/non-members, VIP/standard, with-signed-book/without. You name them, set the prices, set the quantities, and we'll handle the rest.
Customers can buy up to 10 of each type per transaction.
Named tickets
When you need to know who's coming, require attendee names and contact details for every ticket. Three tickets means three names and three sets of details captured at checkout.
The buyer can be different to the attendees — and one click adds the buyer to the attendee list if they're going themselves.
